Join us for a day of rejuvenation, reflection, and empowerment as we delve into the realms of sensory awareness, gentle movement, somatic practices, Earth-based ritual, deep listening, and women’s council. This will be an opportunity to nourish your body, mind, soul, and spirit.
As we gather during the blossoming of Spring, we will explore heartfelt themes such as embracing renewal and growth, planting seeds of intention, and cultivating self-nourishment and self-love.
Our intention is for you to depart from this retreat feeling deeply connected to the energy of Spring, equipped with resources and inspiration to navigate this season of awakening and possibility.
