• Connect with the medicine of your Body & the Earth •
Join us for an afternoon of embodied movement and deep connection with nature. This gathering is an invitation to awaken your body’s wisdom through ecstatic dance and to listen to the medicine of the Earth in a guided nature-based journey. Together we will move, reflect, and restore in a supportive space. Come as you are, move freely, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world.
